Alexandre Farto aka Vhils 1st caught the attention of the art world in 2008. It was the Cans Festival in London, his work a face carved into the wall appeared alongside a BANKSY. I couldn’t find out much about this artist & I scoured the Internet. So let’s just let his art speak for itself..

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival have already released the line-up for this year. If you have never been YOU MUST GO! Coachella is annual, and never fails to disappoint with the artists they showcase. The genres of music played ranges from rock, indie, HIP HOP, & electronic music. There are also sculptures and other eye candy in the POLO grounds of Indio, CA. Most of the art is interactive. On May 31, 2011, Goldenvoice, the producers of Coachella announced this year the festival is experimenting with hosting the same exact lineup twice in a row over two weekends. The dates for the festival are April 13-15 and April 20-22.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, January 13 at 10 a.m. PST. & will cost $285 general admission or VIP $665 and other varieties, plus service charge. The lineup for 2012 features big names like Radiohead, Dre & Snoop, LA Riots, Zed’s Dead, NERO, Modeselektor, Santigold, Girl Talk, & many many MORE!
