Ray Keith one of the most well-known names in jungle and drum and bass in the UK, as the Godfather of D&B. The iconic DJ, producer, and record label head has been at the forefront of the scene since he helped pioneer the genre over two decades ago. He is renowned for his bass-heavy but soulful compositions and seamless skills. He has eight studio albums, an extensive catalogue of important remixes, a successful radio show, and numerous worldwide tours under his belt. Ray Keith has no intention of slowing down in 2018. He has been active for twenty years and will release a CD with an accompanying CD of his Dread Recordings label. His dub dread 5 sampler and bonus CD, which has just appeared on the market, has received much praise. His debut as a DJ on the UK rave circuit took place in the early 1990s. He was instantly recognised as one of the UK's most renowned producers when his remix of Orbital's 'Chime' was released in 1992.
