Shipping policy

We ship from more than one location. Items that ship from our US warehouse ship within 10 business days, plus carrier delivery time. Items that ship from our China warehouse usually arrive in about 2 to 4 weeks in total. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and some items ship free. Import duties or taxes may apply on delivery, depending on your country. Check each item page for details.

What happens if the tracking Confirmation indicates
status as delivered and you have not received your package?

We are not responsible for whatever may have happened to the package after it was delivered.

If UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS leaves the package on your doorstep, a porch, or if it is signed for by a neighbor,etc. then it is your responsibility. We suggest sending packages to your place of work if you are not around during the day to accept packages. Please think carefully about where you have your packages delivered.
