Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Exempt: personalized items, some health and personal care items (such as masks), used items, and made-to-order items (final sale unless the item page says otherwise; if damaged, defective or incorrect, email facts@panic39.com with your order number and a photo). Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Sale items cannot be refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
