Shipping Policy

Note: Order processing time is different from shipping time. Order processing time is the number of business days we process your order to get ready to ship. Shipping time is the number of expected days the shipment carrier will deliver your order to you.

All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days to get ready to ship (excluding weekends and holidays) as some items are made on demand, after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping time might encounter potential delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems that are outside of our control or issues pertaining to Covid-19

Domestic Shipping (US orders)

- The estimated delivery time is 1-4 weeks from the order date. 

Free Shipping on all orders over $100 being shipped to US Domestic Address.*  - Orders under $10 ship for $5.99 Over $10 ship for $7.99. *

*Does not include all items. Drinkware and some other items may ship from a different warehouse and incur a separate shipping charge and are not included in the free shipping program

We Ship with USPS, UPS, FedEX and DHL.

International Shipping

- The estimated delivery time is 1-6 weeks from the order date.

International orders are based on product and product location. Most Products Shipping From Outside of the US Ship for $5.99 and Orders originating from our US Warehouse ship for $19.99.* We Ship with USPS, UPS, FedEX and DHL.

*Does not include all items. Drinkware and some other items may ship from a different warehouse and incur a separate shipping charge

What happens if the Shipping Company Delivery Confirmation page indicates status as delivered and you have not received your package?

If the tracking indicates status as delivered and you have not received your package? We are not responsible for whatever may have happened to the package after it was delivered.,If the shipping Co. leaves the package on your doorstep, a porch, or if it is signed for by a neighbor, etc. then it is your responsibility.. We suggest sending packages to your work place if you are not around during the day to accept packages. Please think carefully about where you will delivered your packages.

We are not responsible for whatever may have happened to the package after it was delivered.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

There are limited items we can refund, returns, and exchange. You can  Check here if your order is one of them.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at facts@panic39.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
