Hip hop dancers from around the world, Paris to Brazil, gathered in LA to battle at the 17th Annual Funny Bones Crew Anniversary. Organized by Popping Tronick, Sire, Doreen, and Jet long standing members of the crew. This year's anniversary was dope! We had Funk Freaks, DJ Caveman, and Rox Swifft on the decks, and special musical guest Diamond Ortiz on the talkbox.

The 2 x 2 Open Styles battle winners went home with a $500 cash prize, and the 1 on 1 Popping Battle winner won a free all expense paid trip to Montreal, Canada. Funk Freaks DJs Loser & Luer where the guest DJs for the entire popping battle, dropping that authentic funk all vinyl style. Marie Poppins took home the win in the exciting crew on crew finals, where she and Lily Frias both of Femme Fatale battled it out.

Some of the most talented OG's in differing dance styles judged the compelling battles, such as Pandora (Style Elements/Legacy of Style), Funktion (Animated Beat Mechanics) and Bgirl Wondaslick just to name a few.

Panic 39 was of course fully present representing for the culture with the freshest gear. Not only did we have a vendor booth, but many competitors, spectators & well respected dancers were rocking us in support, including Vidal "Coco" Rodriguez & his daughter/successor Hannah, OG Jeckle & most of the Funny Bones Crew themselves.
